Nice quality, some shipping delay

I bought a midi dress and some tailored trousers during their seasonal clearance. The quality of both items was really impressive; the fabrics feel substantial and well-made. The dress fit true to size, which was a relief. However, shipping took longer than expected, about a week and a half, which was a bit frustrating as I wanted the dress for a specific occasion. Customer service was polite when I inquired about the delay, but couldn't speed it up. Overall, good value for the price I paid, but they could improve on their delivery speed. Yeah, usually pretty quick. I think standard shipping to the West Coast was around 5-7 business days for me, but it can vary. They do give you tracking though once it ships.

Abbey Glass feels a bit more refined and structured than Tuckernuck, I think. Tuckernuck is great for more casual stuff, but for a wedding, AG might feel more special.

I own pieces from both! Abbey Glass definitely has a more luxury, designer feel. The fabrics and construction are usually a step above Tuckernuck, which can sometimes be a bit more mass-produced feeling. For a wedding, I'd lean towards Abbey Glass if you want something really elegant.

Hmm, I'd say mostly true to size but for some of the more fitted styles, I've had to go up one size. Especially if you're between sizes, maybe consider going up just to be safe. It depends on the fabric too.

I returned a dress last year and it was fairly easy. You just follow the instructions on their site. Just make sure it's not a final sale item, because those you can't return, which is a bummer.
